Eligibility for Returns
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Personal care and hygiene products (toothpaste, razors, deodorants, etc.)
• Opened consumables such as vitamins, supplements, or food-related items
• Clearance or final-sale items

Return Process
1. Contact us at info@surellesupply.com or call 888-997-3994 to request a return authorization.
2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the items back.

Refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order once your refund is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@surellesupply.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
